Position Summary

Coordinates transitions to new vendors, new business or technical processes, new technology or significant changes to current technology. Implements changes that will affect business or technical processes with a moderate to high impact for stakeholders and will present challenges in complexity or deadlines. May perform duties in one or more of the following disciplines: Business, Data, Business Intelligence, Security, Quality, User Experience, Production Control.


This addition to staff will be used to support the Build/Deployment (Software Configuration Management) team with intake evaluation, requirement elicitation, and prioritization.  The Build/Deployment team is involved in nearly all code movement between environments, from Assembly through Production.  In addition to the tasks of creating automation for code movement using existing tools, there is a significant amount of walk-up work and future tool adoption for cloud-based deployments.  The analyst will assist with the assessment of the work requests across all dimensions.  Responsibilities will include:


- Develop a work intake model and standardization of it
- Establish a triage and dispositioning process, utilize it
- Develop a prioritization model, utilize it
- Gather requirements, provide estimates interface with and act as the liaison with business teams including Project/Program managers
- Set up and report on expectations/milestones/timelines
- Identify risks and escalate
- Internal team continuous process improvements

    Minimum Educational Requirements and Experience Equivalencies: • Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS, Business or related field, plus two years' related experience; or • Associate's degree in a technical field, plus four years' related experience; or • High school diploma plus six years' related experience.
