Position Summary

Coordinates transitions to new vendors, new business or technical processes, new technology or significant changes to current technology. Implements changes that will affect business or technical processes with a moderate to high impact for stakeholders and will present challenges in complexity or deadlines. May perform duties in one or more of the following disciplines: Business Data Business Intelligence Security Quality User Experience Production Control


We’re looking for a talented and motivated quality analyst to join our team. ERIE’s Claims technology department is currently working on an innovative, exciting claims application (Guidewire).  Supporting the business processes within this system is vital to Claims operations. ERIE IT is an organization built on quality, teamwork and going the extra mile. As a quality analyst in ERIE’s Claims technology department, you will help make it easier for our employees to utilize ERIE Claim Center to help our customers in their darkest hours. This position is focused project quality analysis work delivering continuous improvement to the claims business and cross portfolio to other parts of our organization.

    • Test Planning & Management
      • Experience with Test Management Tools
      • Test Planning, Design and Defect Management
      • Experience with varying Test types and the different phases of testing
      • Test lead experience
    • Test Automation Experience
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills
    • Knowledge of Agile/Waterfall Project methodologies.
    • Work on or lead testing for Projects.

Minimum Educational Requirements and Experience Equivalencies: • Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS, Business or related field, plus two years' related experience; or • Associate's degree in a technical field, plus four years' related experience; or • High school diploma plus six years' related experience.
