Position Summary

Provides business support for multiple cross functional departments/teams or large departments, a line of business, a function and/or those with dedicated (specific) support requirements. Utilizes established business policies and processes and/or creates new processes, affecting a significant number of stakeholders on a division wide basis and/or involving multiple cross functional departments/teams. May perform duties in one or more of the following disciplines: Admin Support, Events, Inventory, Invoicing, &/or Reconciliation.


This role will support the IT Directors within the Operations Division.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Plans, organizes and problem solves for large or complex events, meetings, projects etc. that may require cross functional teams and a vendor partner.
  • Assists with documentation and invoicing, and may perform tracking, reporting and other analysis.
  • Effectively communicates with customers, team members or other stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Typically mentors and trains other business support specialists.
  • May function as lead or point of contact.

    Minimum Educational and Experience Requirements: • High school diploma, or GED, with four years' experience in IT or related support.
