Our insurance claims employees are often the first to respond to a car accident or a natural disaster to help make things right again for our customers. Our claims team employees come from a variety of backgrounds such as construction, teaching, law enforcement, engineering, auto repair and medical. They often have claims handling experience, property damage experience, and knowledge of claims, and work in roles such as claims adjusters, facilitators and support specialists.
