Training Programs

ERIE offers formalized training and apprentice programs for specific roles in the company.  A combination of instructor-led and hands-on learning techniques are used to ensure our employees’ success.  Training programs serve as an entry point to key roles at ERIE such as District Sales Managers, Underwriters, Claims Adjusters, Information Technology Professionals, and Customer Service Professionals.
