Position Summary

Researches, troubleshoots, monitors and maintains systems that affect non-critical system components with a limited number of stakeholders. May perform duties in one or more of the following disciplines: Print/Document Telecommunications Production Control Data Center/Operations Service Desk Client Services.

  • Front line hardware and software technical phone support for 6,700+ Employees and 14,000+ Agents/CSR's.
  • Researches, troubleshoots, monitors, and maintains systems that affect critical system components for the business and/or stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Researches and determines most effective method to resolve technical issues for familiar technologies.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves problems using established policies and procedures.
  • Effectively communicates with customers, team members or other stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

Minimum Educational Requirements

  • High school diploma, or GED, required.

 

Additional Experience 

  • Related technical experience preferred.
