Position Summary

Researches, troubleshoots, monitors and maintains systems that affect non-critical system components with a limited number of stakeholders. May perform duties in one or more of the following disciplines: Print/Document Telecommunications Production Control Data Center/Operations Service Desk Client Services
 

Preferred experience and skill include:

  • Contact Center telephone experience
  • Knowledge of Contact Center Technologies
  • Technical knowledge and critical thinking skills

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Researches and determines most effective method to resolve technical issues for familiar technologies.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves problems using established policies and procedures.
  • Effectively communicates with customers, team members or other stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

Minimum Educational Requirements and Experience Equivalencies: • High school diploma, or GED, required. • Related technical experience preferred.
