Position Summary
Leverages data and/or research to analyze existing business processes for compliance with regulatory orcorporate compliance requirements. Develops and/or enhances existing business processes and implementschanges that will affect business processes with a low impact for stakeholders, within predictable timeframes,and will have low complexity and risk.

- The successful candidate will work from the Home Office, Erie PA.
- The Hiring Manager will also consider candidates for a Senior or Associate Compliance Analytics Specialist. Level of position offered will be based upon the depth and breadth of selected candidate’s experience and qualifications
Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyzes business or process problems of low complexity.
- Maintains a database to support department initiatives and projects.
- Executes various department reports.
- Conducts research, generates comparisons, draws conclusions, makes data-supported recommendations andvalidates solutions to effect enhancements.
- Provides solutions that affect business or technical processes.
- Effectively communicates with customers, team members or other stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
- Participates in the execution and implementation of solutions.
- Works with leaders and higher-level peers to ensure actions are in alignment with enterprise strategies.
- Conducts investigations of low complexity in support of department requirements.
- Shadows teammates and peers as part of the learning process.

Qualifications
Minimum Educational and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, or related field, plus two years' related experience; or
- Associate's degree in a Business, Data Analytics, or field, plus four years' related experience; or
- High school diploma or GED, plus six years' related experience.
Additional Experience
- Working knowledge of database and analytical technologies such as SAS, Qlik, Python, Advanced Excel,Tableau, Access, Business Objects, Crystal Reporting, Power BI preferred.
- Insurance industry experiencepreferred.
