We are currently seeking applicants who are interested in being considered for our upcoming summer internship program as potential Construction Management Interns!
Who should apply?
- Applications are accepted from college students currently enrolled at an accredited college or university to pursue a four-year degree or to complete a master's degree program full-time
- A four-year degree student should be completing sophomore, junior, or senior year (graduating in spring 2025 thru spring 2027)
- A minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0 is is highly preferred
- Candidates pursuing degrees in Architecture, Architectural Design, Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields of study highly preferred

Duties and Responsibilities
As a Construction Management Intern, you will:
- Shadow various roles in the Construction Management and Operations department, including (but not limited to) Construction Site Superintendents, Construction Managers and Construction Project Coordinators.
- Assist with various construction management tasks such as submittal and RFI review, pay application and change order review, project budgeting and estimation, schedule review, punchlist, etc.
- Participate in daily construction project site reviews with Construction Site Superintendents to gain understanding of different aspects of construction process.
- Attend various design construction job conference meetings for ongoing projects to learn about the different internal and external project team member responsibilities.
- Develop an understanding of both Bluebeam and Procor project management software and assist various Construction Management and Operations departmental staff in the tasks completed in those programs.
- Complete various special projects to be determined based on the projects in progress during internship period.

Minimum Educational Requirements
- High school diploma, or equivalent, required.
- Pursuit of Bachelor's degree with completion of sophomore year in a relevant field required.
Additional Experience
- Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred.
- Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software preferred.
