Position Summary
Provides technology vision, direction and oversight of the functional strategy, direction and execution of high-impact, enterprise wide, technology programs, or technology transformation initiatives in alignment with Enterprise goals and economic viability.
Experience with various AI models, implementation and track record of Generative AI implementation and adoption
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversees the execution of high-impact, enterprise-wide programs, or digital transformation initiatives and remains current with developments in new market trends, emerging technologies, and innovations in technology. Provides broad insight into IT domains and capabilities in support of enterprise-wide business decisions.
- Leads emerging Technology Centers of Excellence to define strategies, OKRs, KPIs, establish patterns, execute prototypes, and support change adoption. Manages overall operations of designated area of authority. Interviews, hires, trains, and directs personnel. Prepares and conducts performance assessments, coordinates discipline and oversees Employee development as required.
- Leads developing and executing a Development Operations (DEVOPS) strategy to ensure quality software deployments and overall application health and performance. Optimizes relationships between development, quality assurance, and IT Operations Teams. Promotes communication, integration, and collaboration for enhanced software development productivity.
- Defines and oversees enterprise functional strategy, to ensure quality and service level standards are on par with division and corporate standards. Monitors areas for cost/benefit analysis and drives transformation adoption.
- Manages multiple teams accountable for configuration management database and asset management strategy. Drives change management criteria necessary to achieve goals and objectives.

Qualifications
Minimum Educational and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, in computer or information science, business or equivalent and EIGHT years' experience in IT or equivalent or
- Associate degree in computer or information science, business or equivalent and TEN years' experience in IT or related discipline or
- High School diploma or equivalent and TWELVE years' experience in IT or related discipline required.
Additional Experience
- In-depth knowledge of related IT disciplines required.

- Completion of relevant designations or training preferred.
