Position Summary

The ERIE Experience team is responsible for defining and maturing ERIE’s digital, multi-channel strategy.  The Experience Programs are responsible for setting program vision, prioritizing projects, and providing business outcomes. The intern will be working with the team to evaluate business value and needs along with defining key performance measures, prioritizing improvements, and defining SLAs on the digital experience products. The intern in the ERIE Experience Department will, under close supervision, perform functional duties for assigned division. Perform special projects as required.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Performs various tasks related to the achievement of division objectives.
  • Conducts research and gathers information and assists in creating presentations as required.
  • Analyzes data and reports findings.
  • Verifies and enters data into appropriate system, and updates electronic files.
  • Provides clerical and administrative support as needed.

    High school diploma, or equivalent, required. Pursuit of Bachelor's degree with completion of sophomore year in a relevant field required. Minimum 3.0 GPA required. Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software preferred.
