Position Summary

Works independently or with little supervision, to provide business support for multiple cross functional departments/teams or large departments, a line of business, a function and/or those with dedicated (specific) support requirements. Utilizes established business policies and processes and/or creates new processes, affecting a significant number of stakeholders on a division wide basis and/or involving multiple cross functional departments/teams. May perform duties in one or more of the following: administrative support, event planning, reporting; and/or invoicing reconciliation. 

 

What you'll do

Manage complex scheduling and travel needs for IT Senior Leadership in Corporate Enablement and Services Divisions.  Plan, execute, and communicate in support of the logistics and overall success of business-focused events involving IT and Business teams.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plans, organizes and problem solves for large or complex events, meetings, projects etc. that may require cross functional teams and a vendor partner.
  • Engages with stakeholders and communicates effectively at most levels, both internal and external, and manages conflicts, priorities and demands on their stakeholder’s time.
  • Assists with documentation and invoicing, and may perform tracking, reporting and other analysis.
  • Trains and mentors other business support specialists.
  • May function as lead or point of contact.

Qualifications

Minimum Educational and Experience Requirements: 

  • High school diploma, or GED, with four years' experience in IT or related support required.


Additional Experience

  • Advanced knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, database and presentation and collaboration software required.
