We are currently seeking applicants who are interested in being considered for our upcoming summer internship program as potential Operational Resiliency Interns!  

 

Who should apply?
 

  • Applications are accepted from college students currently enrolled at an accredited college or university to pursue a four-year degree or to complete a master's degree program full-time
  • A four-year degree student should be completing sophomore, junior, or senior year (graduating in spring 2025 thru spring 2027)
  • A minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0 is is highly preferred
  • Students majoring in Intelligence Studies or Risk Management are preferred, as well as those with strong writing and analytical skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

As an Operational Resiliency Intern in our Crisis Prevention & Management Department, you will, under close supervision, perform functional duties for the assigned area, including:


•    Conduct research and analysis of internal and external information to support the Operational Resiliency Program.
•    Work on small projects to support operational resiliency, disaster recovery, and business recovery plans.
•    Gain an understanding of operational resiliency principles.
•    Perform special assignments, as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum Educational Requirements

  • High school diploma, or equivalent, required.
  • Pursuit of Bachelor's degree with completion of sophomore year in a relevant field required.


Additional Experience 

  • Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred.
  • Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software preferred.
