Position Summary
Supports ERIE’s Business Agility transformation, which is focused on implementing efforts to enable the ability to respond to change, learn and pivot, and deliver at speed in a competitive market. Collaborates across disciplines in design, lean, agile, lean portfolio management, and six sigma/continuous improvement to create a maturity and evolution plan to support Erie’s employees toward confidently delivering value to our Enterprise outcomes.
- Candidates with below minimum qualifications may be considered for Enterprise Agility Coach (F13). Number of years and scope of experience will be used to determine the level.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supports creation of maturity plans around processes, mindsets, behaviors, and competencies.
- Collaborates with the Director, organizational leaders and product teams to support implementation, scale, and continuous improvement practices in identified enterprise agility competency areas.
- Knowledgeable on enterprise agility best practices; assesses current agility environment with teams in different stages of their agility journey.
- Supports Director and leaders in creation of a strategic, milestone-based plan for business agility transformation including tracking progress.
- Supports coaches to facilitate a collaborative partnership and community of practice with other coaches and practitioners across the organization.
- Establishes clear communication and storytelling via presentations, key performance metrics, reports, and data; effectively communicates with customers, team members, or other stakeholders. Participates in EPLT and Steering Committee.

- Facilitates forums to improve methodologies and practices.

Qualifications
Minimum Educational and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and four years’ relevant work experience in complex initiatives and multi-discipline areas demonstrating: Coordinating across Business and IT organizations, Process and metrics development expertise; or,
- Associate degree and six years’ relevant work experience in complex initiatives and multi-discipline areas demonstrating: Coordinating across Business and IT organizations, Process and metrics development expertise; or
- High School Diploma and eight years’ relevant work experience in complex initiatives and multi-discipline areas demonstrating: Coordinating across Business and IT organizations, Process and metrics development expertise; required
Additional Experience
- Demonstrates an Agile mindset and working knowledge of Agile techniques.
- Experience in applying Lean, Agile, Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement practices to medium to high complexity portfolios, required.
- Experience in Design Thinking practices and tools Experience in organizational change management, required.
