Position Summary

Drives transformational change that may involve complex new business or technical processes, development and introduction of new vendor partners or providers, or introduction of new technology. Implement changes that will impact a significant number of stakeholders across the organization and will present challenges in complexity or deadlines. May perform duties in one or more of the following disciplines: Business Data Business Intelligence Security Quality User Experience Production Control

 

This role will be supporting the following areas:

 

Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC) services include information and cybersecurity risk management, risk measures and analytics, Audit/SOX support, IT critical security controls, policy and standard Management, security awareness & education, regulatory/compliance, identity governance and access certification, and restricted data.  Position may entail periodic assignments in other Information Security areas (Identity and Access Management, Application Security, Security Operations)

 

Experience in problem solving, OCM, risk management, and/or information security that matches the analyst level.  Strong communication and collaboration.  Frequent interactions with individual contributors and senior leadership across IT and risk organizations across the enterprise.  Some Board-level visibility/reporting.

 

Additional Preferred Qualifications/Experience:

 

  • Cybersecurity Risk Management and Reporting
  • Risk Assurance consulting and cross-training
  • Integrated Risk Assurance with ERM
  • Support for SOX and non-SOX audits and continuous compliance
  • Growth in Access Controls and Certification as part of Identity Governance
  • Policy/standard development, reviews and maintenance
  • Role broadening to mitigate single points of failure

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Analyzes the highest level and most complex business, technical process, system and/or technical problems.Â
  • Conducts research, generates comparisons, draws conclusions, makes recommendations and validates solutions to effect transformational change. Â
  • Ensures actions are aligned to enterprise strategies; provides insight to assist in business or technical direction.
  • May serve as a discipline lead and participate in steering committees.
  • Collaborates across multiple teams to drive analysis management processes (i.e. business, quality, experience, system). May provide practice, discipline and technical guidance; develops and maintains relationships with other practice owners and discipline leads in order to ensure consistency.

Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS, Business or related field, plus five years' related experience, or;

 

Associate's degree in a technical field, plus seven years' related experience, or;

 

High School Diploma plus nine years' related experience
