Position Summary

Drives transformational change that may involve complex new business or technical processes, development and introduction of new vendor partners or providers, or introduction of new technology. Implement changes that will impact a significant number of stakeholders across the organization and will present challenges in complexity or deadlines. May perform duties in one or more of the following disciplines: Business Data Business Intelligence Security Quality User Experience Production Control.


This individual will fill the role as the Senior Anlyst for the Data Support Team. They will lead major projects, enhancements & defects that involve one of the supported applications listed below.
 

  • IT Data Production support work for the following applications: MDM, Trillium, CODE-1, Online Accounts, MarkoLogic, Infosphere IA, ASR
  • Preferred experience & skills include:
    • Agile Management
    • SOAP UI
    • Deployment Tools
    • SQL
    • Experience in problem solving

The hiring manager would consider candidates at the Professional or Senior level based on years of experience.

 

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Analyzes the highest level and most complex business, technical process, system and/or technical problems.
  • Conducts research, generates comparisons, draws conclusions, makes recommendations and validates solutions to effect transformational change. 
  • Ensures actions are aligned to enterprise strategies; provides insight to assist in business or technical direction.
  • May serve as a discipline lead and participate in steering committees.
  • Collaborates across multiple teams to drive analysis management processes (i.e. business, quality, experience, system). May provide practice, discipline and technical guidance; develops and maintains relationships with other practice owners and discipline leads in order to ensure consistency.
  • Participates in the execution and implementation of solutions.
  • Effectively communicates with customers, team members or other stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS, Business or related field, plus five years' related experience, or;

 

Associate's degree in a technical field, plus seven years' related experience, or;

 

High School Diploma plus nine years' related experience
