Position Summary

Drives transformational change that may involve complex new business or technical processes, development and introduction of new vendor partners or providers, or introduction of new technology. Implement changes that will impact a significant number of stakeholders across the organization and will present challenges in complexity or deadlines. May perform duties in one or more of the following disciplines: Business Data Business Intelligence Security Quality User Experience Production Control


As we continue to prioritize the overall user experience, this position will have the opportunity to work with key business stakeholders and project teams to provide strategic enhancements to our newly developed ErieSecure Business product as well as the other commercial products on our QAS platform.  This position will focus on:

    • Leadership activities related to the UX discipline, including the ability to mentor junior designers
    • Communicates conceptual ideas and rationale clearly to generate high-quality feedback
    • Defines UX and UI requirements to execute a consistent experience across the organization
    • Create user flows, design documentation, prototypes, design assets, and other UX deliverables
  • Preferred experience & Skills include:
    • Experience planning and running user research practices
    • Experience using tools such as Sketch, Adobe Suite, and prototyping tools (Axure, inVision).
    • Communication and Collaboration skills

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS, Business or related field, plus five years' related experience, or;
  • Associate's degree in a technical field, plus seven years' related experience, or;
  • High School Diploma plus nine years' related experience
