Position Summary

Optimizes the overall efficiency of the business, affecting critical business processes and/or technology which may cross the organization and impact a significant number of stakeholders. Ensures enterprise systems work properly and meet management specifications, allowing the organization to work at peak performance. May perform duties in one or more of the following disciplines: Infrastructure Application Configuration Domain Operations

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Drives transformational IT process or technology changes of high complexity. May involve complex new business processes, development and introduction of new vendor partners or providers, and/or introduction of new technology, as required to align with architectural direction for all domains.
  • Coordinates efforts of engineers.
  • Sets standards for correct implementation and support of solutions.
  • Effectively communicates with customers, team members or other stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Effectively communicates vision, strategy, or method to achieve defined goals.
  • Leads engineering domains in coordinating implementation of automation.

    Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS, Business or related field, plus five years' related experience, or;


    Associate's degree in a technical field, plus seven years' related experience, or;


    High School Diploma plus nine years' related experience
