Position Summary

  • The hiring manager will also consider candidates for Treasury Analyst II.  Level of position offered will be based upon the depth and breadth of selected candidate's experience and qualifications.

Provides support in the execution of the Treasury Department financial and operational activities.  Performs established business processes and implements changes under direct supervision. May perform duties in one or more of the following disciplines:  strategic and operational capital management, cash management, middle office, treasury accounting and reporting, research and analytics, treasury system administration, and/or strategic project management.

Duties and Responsibilities

Participates in the execution and implementation of treasury processes, performs analysis and provides recommendations and reports to leaders or higher level peers.

 

Conducts research, generates comparisons, draws conclusions, makes recommendations and validates solutions in support of Treasury objectives.

 

Evaluates current processes and financial systems.  Determines gaps in existing processes and evaluates and recommends improvements.

 

Participates in the evaluations, designs and tests of the disaster contingency plan for the treasury function.

 

Provides backup to other treasury processes when necessary.

 

Completes special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting or related field, required; or

 

Associate’s degree in business, finance, accounting or related field and three years’ experience in corporate finance, treasury or related financial experience, required; or

 

High school diploma or GED and five years’ experience in corporate finance, treasury or related financial experience, required.
